As we work through some adjustment in our work dynamic, TJ tech department wants to provide you with as much information and assistance as possible.
As our HR department communicated in the previous emails the best way to get help with your IT issues is to use the following IT Request Form.

Please keep in mind that due to recent events zoom and other video and teleconferencing solution might be experiencing issues or limit certain features to pro and paid accounts only.
For example as of now regular call in to a zoom meeting is limited to pro accounts, to remedy this you can do the following:
1. use zoom app on your phone and call in with device audio. 2. Use google hangout meeting, google hangouts have dial in numbers by default 3. Request conference bridge number from IT dept.
To address other issues related to working remotely please be as specific as possible to a form of preferred contact for you. ( Hangout, slack, email, cell etc..) Once we get your request we will respond as quickly as possible.
