Following on from Marcin's email last week we wanted to let you know that some training videos are to be released shortly showing you how to use the various communications systems we have in place at Tommy John so we can keep in touch while working from home (Tutorials on Google Hangouts, Hangout Links & Screen Sharing, Slack Video Conferencing & Zoom Video)

In the meantime, for those who are struggling to use Zoom for meetings please see below for instructions on how to download and install the Zoom Application:

Go to https://zoom.us/download and from the Download Center, click on the Download button under “Zoom Client For Meetings”.
This application will automatically download when you start your first Zoom Meeting.
Once the download is complete, proceed with installing the Zoom application onto your computer.
Please go to https://zoom.us/resources to view How to Videos and you'll be a Zoom Master in no time!
