IMPORTANT Update | HQ will be closed tomorrow (Mon March 16)

Dear all,

I am emailing to share important information about new steps we are taking to meet the challenge of Covid-19 for Tommy John employees. In the current climate, the health and well-being of our entire community is at the forefront of our thinking.

Beginning tomorrow, and until we communicate otherwise, all 100 Broadway employees should work from home. We were already preparing for this last week so everyone should have the means to continue their work away from the office.

You will see that there are 10:00am blocks on everyone's calendars each morning so you can check in with your team. Please contact your department head if you have questions regarding these touchbases. For anyone who has in-office meetings arranged with outside individuals tomorrow please contact them this evening to rearrange.

If you have specific questions on any of the above, please do not hesitate to contact me. Further updates will be sent in the coming days. Finally, please remember our EAP line through TriNet available to anyone who is facing anxiety related to Covid-19.
